ఎంపిక విధానం :
క్యాటగిరి -I : పోస్టులకు PART A 150 మార్కులకు రాతపరీక్ష ఉంటుంది. బీఎస్సీ అగ్రికల్చర్ సిలబస్ ఆధారంగా గా 150 మార్కులకు పరీక్ష ఉంటుంది.వర్తమాన అంశాలు, జనరల్ నాలెడ్జ్, జనరల్ ఇంగ్లిష్ పై పరీక్ష ఉంటుంది.
కేటగిరి -II : పోస్టులకు PART- A 120 మార్కులకు జనరల్ నాలెడ్జ్, వర్తమాన అంశాలు, జనరల్ ఇంగ్లీష్ పరీక్ష ఉంటుంది.
PART -B 30 మార్కులకు కంప్యూటర్ పై టైపింగ్ టెస్ట్ ఉంటుంది.టైపింగ్ టెస్ట్ MS OFFICE పై 15 నిమిషాలు ఉంటుంది.
కేటగిరి -III : పోస్టులకు PART- A 70 మార్కులకు 10 నిమిషాల్లో 80 పదాలు Dictation పెడతారు వాటిని స్పెల్లింగ్ తప్పు లేకుండా రాయాలి. required to transcribe the matter in 45 minutes on Computer.
PART -B : 30 మార్కులకు కంప్యూటర్ పై టైపింగ్ టెస్ట్ ఉంటుంది.
కేటగిరి -IV : పోస్టులకు PART- A 15 మార్కులకు పదవ తరగతిలో సాధించిన మార్కుల ఆధారంగా ఇస్తారు. ఫస్ట్ క్లాస్ కి 15 మార్కులు, సెకండ్ క్లాస్ కి 10 మార్కులు, థర్డ్ క్లాస్ కి ఎనిమిది మార్కులు.
PART- B – డ్రైవింగ్ ఎక్స్పీరియన్స్ కి ఐదు మార్కులుంటాయి.. సంవత్సరానికి ఒక మార్కు ఐదు సంవత్సరాలకు ఐదు మార్కులు.
PART- C – డ్రైవింగ్ టెస్ట్ 80 మార్కులకు ఉంటుంది.

General Instructions to the Candidates:
1. Candidates are advised to read carefully all the General instructions and ensure that they are eligible for the posts applied for as per the eligibility criteria stipulated, before applying.
2. The candidate should submit his/her application online (www.pjtsau.edu.in).
3. The candidates are required to pay application / Registration fee of Rs.1200/- online.In case of SC/ST/PH candidates Rs.600/- which is non-refundable.
4. Candidates desirous of applying for more than one category posts should submit separate application for each category.
5. The candidate should belong to Telangana State. Local candidate criteria will be decided based on the period of study / residence for the period from 1st to 10th Class.
6. No person shall be eligible if he/ she is less than 18 years of age and more than 34 years of age as on 01.07.2021. However, there shall be relaxation of 5 years in case of candidates belonging to BC/SC/ ST/PH candidates.
7. Candidates belonging to BC/SC/ST/ category should submit their caste certificate issued by the Competent Authority, at the time of verification.
8. The candidates must be able to speak, read and write Telugu language.
9. The appointment will be for a period of (5) years or Co-terminus with KVKs, whichever is earlier and subject to continuation of post (s).
10. Candidate claiming reservation under PH quota should furnish medical certificate issued by competent authority.
11. The candidates posted in a particular KVK has to work at the same KVK and no request for transfer is permissible.
12. The candidates appointed can be terminated without giving any notice in case his/ her services are not satisfactory.
13. The candidates will not have any right either for regularization or permanency.
14. Selected candidates will have to join the post within 30 days from the date of issue of orders or date of dispatch of the orders whichever is later, failing which
their appointment shall be automatically cancelled.
15. If the candidate is found ineligible at any stage of recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified and his/her candidature will be cancelled. Suppressing of facts or submitting false information by the candidate may lead to disqualification of candidature for the post, apart from filing criminal case. 16. The written examinationwill be conductedin English language only. 17. Negative marks will be awarded at the rate of 1/4th mark for each wrong answer. However, this will not be applicable in case of typing test on computer & dictation test.
18. The minimum qualifying marks in the written test shall be 40%. In case of SC/ST/PH candidates it shall be 30%.
19. The applicants should appear for written / Computer/ Driving tests (whichever is applicable) at their own cost and no TA/DA will be paid to the candidates.
20. The applicants should bring all the original certificates /documents for verification when called for at their own cost and also submit the same at the time of joining.
21. The University reserves right to fill or not to fill any of the posts now advertised. The decision of the University shall be final.
22. Any action/ attempt influencing the University authorities either personally or by letter or by any other way entails for disqualification.
23. The candidates are informed that mere appearing for Written/ Computer/ Driving tests (as applicable) does not entitle for appointment. The selection and appointment will be based on merit, suitability and subject to correctness of certificates submitted at the time of verification.
