PRESS NOTE

The candidates who have applied for D.EI.Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education) / D.P.S.E. (Diploma in Pre-School Education) through DEECET-2020 through computer based test (online mode) for admission into two year course in Govt. DIETs / Private un-aided Elementary Teacher Education Institutions (including Minority and Non- Minority) in the State of Telangana for the Batch 2020-22 are informed that, the DEECET -2020 online Examination will be conducted on 04.10.2020 duly following the COVID-19 conditions and the Examination will be conducted in two shifts ( first shift – Telugu Medium from 10.00 am to 12.00 noon and second shift English Medium and Urdu Medium – from 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm.

TS DEECET 2020 Online Exam date: TS DEECET 2020 Exam will be conducted on 04-10-2020. The TS DEECET 2020 will be held online in  4th October 2020. Arrangements have been made to organize the Diploma in Elementary Education Common Entrance Test (DEECET) for admission to DEd colleges in the state by the School Education Department.

  2. On the home page, click on ‘Please download hall ticket’ flashing towards the middle of the page.
  3. Then, Hall tickets download new page will open.
  4. In this web page, Enter your  registration number, payment reference id, mobile number, date of birth details
  5. Click on the download button, the hall ticket will appear on your device.
  6. Download the hall ticket and take a print out.
  7. Preserve the hall ticket and take into the exam hall on exam date.

Instructions for Candidates appearing for TS DEECET 2020
The instructions for TS Deecet 2020 is given below.

  1. Do not carry any unnecessary stationary as the exam is supposed to be conducted in ONLINE Mode.
  2. You may carry a ballpoint pen for rough work
  3. Do not bring any paper with you.
  4. Read the instructions on the hall ticket after download the admit card.
  5. Any tampering of hall ticket will automatically lead to the disqualification of the candidate.
  6. Try to arrive at the test centre at least 30 minutes prior to the exam commences.
  7. Familiarize yourself with the exam pattern. Marking scheme/ way of exam conducting procedure
  8. If you like, you can visit the test centre in advance for knowing the exact location of the view allotted to you.
  9. This will enable you to tackle the hassle on the exam day. Plus you will help you get to know the time which will be consumed in the traveling and fair incurred for reaching the destination
