వెనుక‌బ‌డిన వ‌ర్గాల కులవృత్తులు, చేతివృత్తుల‌కు రూ. ల‌క్ష ఆర్థిక సాయం 2023-24


కుల, చేతి వృత్తుల వారి కోసం తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం మరో కీలక నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. విశ్వబ్రాహ్మణ, నాయీ బ్రాహ్మణ, రజక, కుమ్మరి, మేదరి వంటి కులవృత్తులు, చేతివృత్తుల‌ను నమ్ముకొని జీవిస్తున్న వారికి రూ.లక్ష వరకు ఆర్థిక సాయం అందించాలని ఇటీవల కేబినెట్‌ సమావేశం సీఎం కేసీఆర్ నిర్ణయించారు. ఇందుకోసం తగిన విధివిధానాలు రూపొందించి, లబ్ధిదారులను ఎంపిక చేయాల‌ని రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఆదేశించింది. వెనుక‌బ‌డిన వ‌ర్గాల కులవృత్తులు, చేతివృత్తుల‌కు రూ. ల‌క్ష ఆర్థిక సాయం అందించేందుకు తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం చర్యలు చేపట్టింది. ఇందుకోసం రూపొందించిన వెబ్‌సైట్‌ను మంత్రి గంగుల క‌మ‌లాక‌ర్ మంగళవారం ప్రారంభించారు. https://tsobmmsbc.cgg.gov.in అనే వెబ్‌సైట్ ద్వారా అర్హులైన వారు అప్లై చేసుకోవచ్చు. ఫొటో, ఆధార్, కుల ధృవీకరణ పత్రం సహా 38 కాలమ్‌ల‌ అప్లికేష‌న్‌ను నింపి సబ్మిట్ చేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది. కుల వృత్తులు, చేతివృత్తులకు సంబంధించిన పనిముట్లు, ముడిసరకు కొనుగోలుకు ప్రభుత్వం ఈ ఆర్థిక సాయం అందిస్తుంది. ఈ కార్యక్రమాన్ని జూన్ 9న సీఎం కేసీఆర్ మంచిర్యాల జిల్లాలో ప్రారంభించనున్నారు. అదే రోజు రాష్ట్ర వ్యాప్తంగా మంత్రులు, ఎమ్మెల్యేల‌ు ల‌బ్దిదారుల‌కు రూ. ల‌క్ష ఆర్థిక సాయం అందించనున్నారు.





మార్గదర్శకాలు 
  1. బీసీ కులవృత్తిదారులు, చేతివృత్తిదారులు అర్హులు.
  2. పనిముట్ల కొనుగోలు, ఆధునీకరణ లేదా ముడిసరుకు కొనుగోలుకు మాత్రమే ఆర్థిక సాయం అందిస్తారు.
  3. అభ్యర్థుల వయస్సు జూన్‌ 2 నాటికి 18 -55 ఏండ్లు ఉండాలి.
  4. వార్షిక ఆదాయం గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతాల్లో 1.50 లక్షలు, పట్టణ ప్రాంతాల్లో రూ.2 లక్షలకు మించకూడదు.
  5. కుటుంబంలో ఒక్కరికి మాత్రమే వృత్తుల అభ్యున్నతికి ఆర్థిక సాయం అందిస్తారు.
  6.  దరఖాస్తు తేదీ నుంచి గత 5 ఏండ్లలో ఏ ప్రభుత్వ శాఖ ద్వారా కూడా లబ్ధిపొందినవారు అర్హులు కారు. ఇక 2017-18లో రూ.50 వేల ఆర్థిక సాయం పొందిన వారు ఈ స్కీమ్ కు అనర్హులు అవుతారు.
  7.  జూన్‌ 20 తేదీ వరకు అభ్యర్థులు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలి. 
  8. రేషన్‌కార్డు, కుల, ఆదాయం ధ్రువీకరణ పత్రాలు, ఆధార్‌కార్డు, బ్యాంక్‌ పాస్‌బుక్‌, పాస్‌పోర్ట్‌ సైజ్‌ ఫొటోను దరఖాస్తుతో సమర్పించాలి. 
  9. క్షేత్రస్థాయి పర్యటన తర్వాత జిల్లా కలెక్టర్‌ అధ్యక్షతన ఏర్పాటైన కమిటీకి నివేదిస్తారు.  జూన్‌ 27వ తేదీలోగా జిల్లా ఇన్‌చార్జి మంత్రి ఆమోదం తీసుకోవాల్సి ఉంటుంది.
  10.  ఆ తర్వాత రూ.లక్ష ఆర్థిక సాయం కోసం ఎంపికైన లబ్ధిదారుల జాబితాను ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో ప్రకటిస్తారు.

Implementation of the Financial Assistance Scheme 2023-2024 for all Backward Classes Artisans /Vocational Communities in the Telangana State

Subject: BCWD — Implementation of the Financial Assistance Scheme for all Backward Classes Artisans /Vocational Communities in the Telangana State – Guidelines – Orders — Issued.

Reference: 
1. G.O.Rt.No.764, dated. 24.05.2023 from General Administration (Cabinet) Department. 2. Minutes of the Cabinet Sub Committee meeting, held on 27.05.2023 8529.05.2023.
 
In the reference 1st read above, orders were issued for constitute a Cabinet Sub-Committee to study and formulate schemes for Backward Classes Vocational Communities with the Group of Ministers, under the Chairmanship of the Minister for BC Welfare. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Cabinet Sub-Committee has made such resolutions for implementing Financial Assistance Scheme for Backward Classes Vocational Castes.

Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby order to implement the Financial Assistant Scheme for BC Vocational Communities in the Telangana State with the following Guidelines


Guidelines :

I. Fresh Registrations shall be taken through online portal from all Backward Classes Artisans / Vocational Communities.

II. An amount of Rs.1,00,000/- Lakh for each beneficiary as a grant to upliftment of their respective occupations. The grant will be given to one for one family.

III. The individual age limit fixed from 18 Years to 55 Years as on 2nd June 2023.

IV. The Annual Income shall not exceed Rs.1.50 Lakhs in Rural Areas and Rs.2.00 Lakhs in Urban Areas.

V. The beneficiaries who already availed various welfare schemes Rs.50,000/- and above since last five years from the date of applications are not eligible.

VI. The online application starts from 6th June, 2023 to 20th June, 2023.

VII. The verification of applications to be completed at Mandal / Municipality Level by MPDO / Municipal Commissioner from 20th June, 2023 to 26th June, 2023.

VIII. The selection process shall be completed by the District Committee headed by District Collector. The District Collector shall take the approval of District Incharge Minister from 27th June to 4th July, 2023.

IX. Selection List (Phase wise) has to be displayed in Website, Mandal and Gram Panchayats.

X. The Release and Disbursement of Grant shall be done one time payment to the beneficiaries by 15th of every month subsequent to the formal launching of the scheme by Hon’ble Chief Minister on the Welfare Day i.e. 09.06.2023 during the Telangana Dashabdhi Ustavalu.

XI. The choice of the equipment and place of purchase shall be left to the beneficiaries.

XII. Grounding Enforcement Mechanism:

a) One Special Officer of the Mandal (appointed by the District Collector), MPDO and his team shall see that the Grounding of the Unit, etc., within a period of (1) month and upload the Photographs in the Website.

b) Special Officer shall visit the Grounded Units every Quarter for a period of (2) years to see the performance of the beneficiary Unit.

3. The Commissioner, BC Welfare, Telangana Hyderabad / the Chief Executive Officer, Telaqngana Most Backward Classes Development Corporation Ltd., Hyderabad/ the Managing Director, Telangana Backward Classes Cooperative Finance Corporation Ltd and 11 B.C.Federations shall take necessary further action accordingly.



Process to Apply Online for BC Financial Assistance 2023-24

  1. Applicants should first go to https://tsobmmsbc.cgg.gov.in website.
  2. Click on the application Form for Financial Assistance for BC Vocational Communities Registration Form. 
  3. The application form will open for you.
  4. First you have to enter your address details. It includes details like District, Mandal, Constituency, Pin Code.
  5. In the second part Applicant Details should be completed. Aadhaar, ration card, educational qualifications, sub-caste, annual income, occupation, mobile number should be entered in this.
  6. Sector details should be completed in the third section. Purpose of Financial Assistance, bank account, PAN number details should be entered.
  7. And finally upload the photo. 
  8. Click on Self Declaration Option  and click on Preview button.
  9. Finally Submit your application and take printout
Important Dates to Apply: From June 6 to 20
