What is IFMIS?
IFMIS means Financial Management Information System. Government of Telangana has introduced IFMIS system to make the financial transactions in a systematic manner. The reports of the Financial expenses in Telangana Government may be clearly known by the Government through IFMIS. Payment of salaries to the Government employees in Telangana is performing by the IFMIS(Govt of Telangana).
IFMIS(Govt of Telangana) android mobile app Download and Install
The treasury department of Telangna has launched the new android mobile app called IFMIS(Govt of Telangana) which can be downloaded using the below link.The Salaries of employees are being prepared Drawing and Disbursing officers in the ifmis website. But now DDOs can check the various details of salary bills prepared by them in the android app. Pixelvide Solutions has came front to prepare this kind of android app. DDO Login has been provided in the IFMIS(Govt of Telangana) mobile app. DDO has to download this app and he/she has to login with their DDO code and etc details. After login DDO will be allowed to access the various inner options as per the salary bill preparation status.
How to check Salary Details in IFMIS app
- First Download TS IFMIS App
- After downloading the app you see login as
- Select your option Employee App/ Audit App/ DDO App/ Pensioner app
- If you want to select Employee App you have to enter Employee ID
- An OTP will be sent to your Registered Mobile Number
- Enter OTP and click on Confirm OTP
- Your profile will be displayed
- Click on Download Pay Slip
- Your payslip will be generated to download to your device.
- First visit the IFMIS Official Website https://ifmis.telangana.gov.in/login (The same link is given below for direct open)
- After opening the official website click on the payslip option available in Main Menu
- A fresh pay will be opened to Download Pay slips
- Two options are given 1)Employee Code 2) Account Number
- Than means employee can download his/her payslips using 7 digit Employee Treasury code or using their bank account number
- If you choose employee code, then you must enter 7 digit Employee Treasury code
- If you choose Account Number, then you must enter your bank account number
- After Entering the Employee code or bank account number as per your choice you can click on search
- In the next screen Your Name, DDO Code, Department and Your Mobile Number will be displayed
- If the displayed details are correct, they you should click on send OTP
- Your Mobile will receive an OTP.
- Next you have to enter the OTP received and click on submit OTP
- IF the OTP entered by you is authenticated successfully, then you will be asked Month and Year which you want to download the Payslip
- Select the Month & Year next click on Generate Payslip
- Then your selected month and year payslip will be generated & displayed on screen
- Print option is given at the bottom of Payslip
- Just click on Print and you can take printout of your Payslip
