TS Govt to fill 3000 jobs  of Jr Assistant, Bill Collector, Jr Accountant  and other posts in the municipal department TS Municipality Recruitment 2020: The Directorate of Municipal Administration (DMA) Telangana  is making arrangements to release Municipality Notification 2020 to fill 3000 vacancies. These posts are to be filled in 83 newly formed municipalities and corporations. మున్సిపల్‌‌ అడ్మినిస్ట్రేషన్‌‌ డిపార్ట్‌‌మెంట్‌‌లో 3 వేల పోస్టుల భర్తీకి ప్రతిపాదనలు రెడీ అవుతున్నాయి. కొత్త మున్సిపాలిటీలు, కార్పొరేషన్లకు ఈ పోస్టులు అలాట్‌‌ చేయనున్నారు. పాత మున్సిపాలిటీల్లోని ఖాళీలను కూడా వీటితో కలిపి ఫిలప్​ చేసేందుకు ప్రపోజల్స్‌‌ సిద్ధం చేస్తున్నారు. 40 వేల జనాభా గల మున్సిపాలిటీలో కనీసం 36 పోస్టులు అవసరముండగా, కొత్త మున్సిపాలిటీల్లో ముగ్గురు, నలుగురుకు మించి అధికారులు, సిబ్బంది లేరు. ప్రభుత్వం పట్టణ ప్రగతి కార్యక్రమాన్ని తలపెట్టడంతో ఖాళీగా ఉన్న పోస్టులన్నీ భర్తీ చేస్తామని సీఎం ఇదివరకే హామీ ఇచ్చారు. ఈనేపథ్యంలోనే దానికి అవసరమైన ప్రాసెస్​ను కమిషనర్​అండ్​ డైరెక్టర్​ ఆఫ్​ మున్సిపల్​ అడ్మినిస్ట్రేషన్​అధికారులు మొదలుపెట్టారు.

టిఎస్ మున్సిపాలిటీ రిక్రూట్మెంట్ 2020 మునిసిపల్ డిపార్ట్మెంట్ లో  జూనియర్ అసిస్టెంట్, బిల్ కలెక్టర్, జూనియర్ అకౌంటెంట్ మరియు ఇతర పోస్టుల 3000 ఉద్యోగాలను భర్తీ చేయడానికి టిఎస్ ప్రభుత్వం సన్నాహాలు 
సీడీఎంఏ పరిధిలో 128 మున్సిపాలిటీలు, 12 కార్పొరేషన్లు ఉన్నాయి. వీటిలో 3 వేల పోస్టులు ఖాళీగా ఉన్నట్టు అధికారులు లెక్కతేల్చారు. 2018లో 173 గ్రామ పంచాయతీలు 75 కొత్త మున్సిపాలిటీలుగా మారగా, మరో 131 గ్రామ పంచాయతీలు 42 పాత మున్సిపాలిటీల్లో విలీనమయ్యాయి. ఆయా గ్రామ పంచాయతీల్లో పనిచేస్తున్న రెవెన్యూ ఆఫీసర్‌‌ (కేటగిరి-3), సీనియర్‌‌ అసిస్టెంట్‌‌, జూనియర్‌‌ అసిస్టెంట్‌‌, బిల్‌‌ కలెక్టర్లు 240 మందిని మున్సిపల్‌‌ అడ్మినిస్ట్రేటివ్‌‌ డిపార్ట్‌‌మెంట్‌‌లో మెర్జ్‌‌ చేస్తూ ప్రభుత్వం గతేడాది డిసెంబర్‌‌13న జీఓ ఇచ్చింది. కొత్త మున్సిపాలిటీల్లో కమిషనర్లు, ఇంజనీర్లకు అదనంగా ఉన్న రెగ్యులర్‌‌ పోస్టులు ఇవి మాత్రమే. అనేక మున్సిపాలిటీలకు ఎంపీడీవోలు, ఇతర అధికారులు ఇన్‌‌చార్జి కమిషనర్లుగా వ్యవహరిస్తుండగా, ఇంజనీర్లు అదనపు బాధ్యతల్లో డ్యూటీలు చేస్తున్నారు. 
కొత్త మున్సిపాలిటీలు, కార్పొరేషన్ల కోసం వంద ఇంజనీర్‌‌ పోస్టులు అవసరమని అంచనా వేశారు. మిగతా 2,900 మినిస్టీరియల్‌‌ పోస్టులు భర్తీ చేస్తే ఆయా పట్టణాల్లో అడ్మినిస్ట్రేషన్​ వ్యవహారాలు సాగించడానికి వీలవుతుందని ప్రభుత్వానికి రిపోర్టు ఇచ్చారు. పోస్టులను టీఎస్‌‌పీఎస్సీ ద్వారా ఫిలప్​చేస్తారా, లేదా వేరే రిక్రూటింగ్‌‌ అథారిటీకి అప్పగిస్తారా అనే విషయంలో క్లారిటీ లేదని సీడీఎంఏ అధికారులు చెప్పారు. ప్రతిపాదనలు మాత్రమే అందజేస్తున్నామని, రిక్రూట్‌‌మెంట్‌‌పై సీఎం తుది నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంటారని తెలిపారు.

About CDMA

 The Directorate of Municipal Administration (DMA) is the apex authority of Municipal Administration Department of Government of Telangana, which provides guidance to Municipal Corporations and Municipalities in performing their day to day activities in adherence to the policies, procedures and guidelines provided by Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department to achieve effective civic administration. The Directorate is headed by the Director of Municipal Administration (DMA). DMA administers through the Office of Directorate of Municipal Administration (DMA), Regional Offices (RDMA) and Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) spread across the State. DMA, in its supervisory role, monitors the functioning of the ULBs against key parameters such as the tax collections, project and civic works execution, the implementation of the schemes of the Government etc. It also includes the supervision of the regulatory and developmental functions of the ULBs. DMA interacts with several other departments such as Public Health Engineering Department, Town and Country planning department, State Audit Department, Urban Developmental Authorities, Municipal Corporations, and Water boards etc to enable seamless delivery of urban civic services to the citizen.
