Telangana: SSC Exams to have six papers for this academic year

The SSC Public Examinations 2023 will have only six papers for this academic year too. A decision to reduce the number of papers from 11 to six in the SSC Public Exams during the academic year 2022-23 has been taken by the State government

The government has reduced the number of papers in the SSC Public Exams 2023 to six and 100 per cent syllabus will be covered for the exams,” a senior official confirmed.

9, 10 తరగతి పరీక్షల్లో ఇక ఆరు పేపర్లే.. ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేసిన ప్రభుత్వం

తొమ్మిది, పదో తరగతి పరీక్షల విధానంలో రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం సంస్కరణలు తీసుకువచ్చింది. ఇక నుంచి తొమ్మిది, పదో తరగతుల పరీక్షలను కేవలం ఆరు పేపర్లతోనే పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించనున్నది. 2022-23 నుంచి సంస్కరణలను ప్రభుత్వం అమలులోకి తీసుకువచ్చింది. ఒక్కో సబ్జెక్ట్‌లో పరీక్షలకు 80, ఫార్మేటివ్‌ అసెస్‌మెంట్‌కు 20 మార్కులు కేటాయించనున్నారు. సైన్స్‌పేపర్‌లో ఫిజిక్స్‌, బయాలజీ రెండింటికి సగం సగం మార్కులు కేటాయించింది. ఈ మేరకు పరీక్షల విధానంలో మార్పులు చేస్తూ రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేసింది.

ఇదిలా ఉండగా.. ఇంతకు ముందు కరోనా మహమ్మారి నేపథ్యంలో ప్రభుత్వం పది వార్షిక పరీక్షలను 11 నుంచి ఆరు పేపర్లకు కుదించిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. విద్యాశాఖ ప్రతిపాదన మేరకు ప్రభుత్వం నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నది. తాజాగా తొమ్మిది, పది తరగతులకు ఆరేసి పేపర్లు నిర్వహించాలని ప్రభుత్వం నిర్ణయించింది. గ‌తంలో తెలుగు, ఇంగ్లీష్‌, గ‌ణితం, సామాన్య శాస్త్రం, సాంఘిక శాస్త్రం స‌బ్జెక్టుల‌ను రెండు పేప‌ర్లుగా నిర్వహించేవారు. ఇక హిందీ స‌బ్జెక్ట్‌కు ఒకే ప‌రీక్ష పరీక్ష నిర్వహించేవారు.

SSC Exams will be 6 papers.

• Science two papers on same day with 20min gap.
• The duration of examination shall be 3.00 hours for all subjects, which also includes reading time for question paper, except Science.
• In case of Science paper, the duration shall be 3 hours 20 minutes, i.e. 1 hour 30 minutes for Physical Science and 1 hour 30 minutes for Biological Science, the additional 20 minutes given is for the collection of Physical Science answer scripts and to issue Biological Science Question Paper after completion of Physical.
