    Multi-zone-1:   Govt and Local boy SGT& equivalent cadres.

    Multi-zone -2 : Local body School Assistants &Equivalent cadres and SGT & Equivalent cadres.

    • 3rd&4th October 2023 :  submission of appeals to DEOs regarding deletion of spouse points or addition of spouse points and year of DSC,ranks correction in HRMS and corrections on vacancies , Edit option for DEOS to update details of applications as per grievances
    • 5th October 2023 : Display final seniority lists  
    • 6th & 7th October 2023: Exercising of web options by teachers
    • 8th October 2023: Eedit option
    • DEOs are requested to reiterate the instructions on spouse points to select the options towards spouse working and also verify the vacancies properly. Once web options starts ,there will not be any modifications on vacancies, points, spouse points.

TS Teacher s Transfers 2023 Online Apply Procedure Easy Steps: Please select “TRANSFERS” in the Menu Bar then select “Teachers Transfer Then click on “NEW ENTRY or Edit existing application   ” then enter Mobile> Treasury ID> Aadhar ID and click on “Submit” Then OTP will come to the Mobile No entered by you Then SUBMIT OTP Then application form will open for entry by you.

After filling your application form, and click on “Preview” to check the entries made by you and make any corrections as required After satisfying your self all entries made by you click on “submit” button to complete the process for applying teachers form.

Detailed Steps to Apply Online for TS Teachers Transfers:
  1. In ISMS home page click on Teacher transfer link (For ISMS home page Browse https://schooledu.telangana.gov.in/ISMS/ ) below screen displayed select Teacher Transfer Service Under services
  2. Select New entry
  3. Enter mobile number, Treasury ID, Aadhaar number and click on Submit button
  4.  Click on Submit button below alert message displayed about OTP
  5. Enter OTP and click on submit button
  6. On success full login below application displayed with basic details from database based on treasury ID
  7. Enter remaining teacher details which are not populated
  8. Enter Service details
  9. Under Spouse details select Whether the Teacher availed the benefit under
  10. Individual/Spouse Category During the Last 5/8 years as on 01-02-2023 Yes/NO 
  11. Under spouse details select Whether spouse is Employee of State Govt/Central Govt/Public Sector Undertaking/Local body/Aided Institution in the same district (in the same Multi Zone for Gazetted Head Master, Gr.II) Yes/No
  12. If yes Enter Spouse employment details Enter preferential Category details, Check the disclaimer check box and click on  submit button
  13. An alert message will be displayed click on OK
  14. On success full submission success message will be displayed with transaction ID.
  15. Print Certificate is Additional facility provided for teachers to print the transfer details that were submitted 
  16. In Home page select Teacher Transfer Application Print service
  17. Enter Treasury ID and click on GO button 
  18. Click on GO button. An Application form is displayed, Click on print button and  take print

  •  ఇప్పుడు మీ అప్లికేషన్ ఓపెన్ అవుతుంది.
  •  అందులోని మీ యొక్క వివరాలను క్షుణ్ణంగా పరిశీలించి అన్ని వివరాలు సరైనవేనని నిర్ధారణ కు వచ్చిన తర్వాత క్రింద గల UPDATE అనే బటన్ ప్రెస్ చేయాలి.
