Certificates verification  from 21-09-2017 to 27-09-2017 at JAWAHARLAL NEHRU TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY,KUKATPALLY,HYDERABAD:
The qualified candidates for verification of Certificates in 1:3 ratio for the various posts under GROUP II Services vide to Notification No.20/2015 dated 30/12/2015 & Notification No.17/2016 dated:01/09/2016 for which written examinations were held on 11.11.2016 & 13.11.2016 are hereby directed to attend for verification of certificates at JAWAHARLAL NEHRU TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY,KUKATPALLY,HYDERABAD, as per the schedule and produce the following original documents along with one set of Photo-stat copies attested by a Gazetted Officer along with Basic information data (Check-list) and two sets of attestation forms for verification of certificates without fail.

The candidates are hereby advised to attend for certificate verification with all the original certificates as follows:
01. Date of Birth (SSC or its equivalent)
02. Proof of age relaxation in case of Telangana State Government Servant (Regular Service certificates from the concerned department, Government of Telangana State / NCC instructor certificate/ Retrenched Census service certificate
03. Integrated Community Certificate (issued by the concerned M.R.O./ R.D.O through ESeva
04. Creamy layer / Non-Creamy Layer Certificate for BC-‘A,B,C,D & E’
05. School Study Certificate from IV to X Class if studied in School; OR Residence Certificate issued by the MRO in case of Private study seven years prior to SSC.
06. Original Qualification Certificates.
07. Physically Handicapped Certificate for PH person only (OH, HH & VH)
08. Hall Ticket of the Examination.
09. Two latest Passport Size photographs.
10. Basic information data in duplicate duly filled in by the candidate ( download from the Commission’s website)
11. Attestation Forms in duplicate duly filled in by the candidate and duly attested by any Gazetted Officer. (Download from the Commission’s website).
12. No Objection Certificate for Government Employees

Candidates may note that the certificate verification schedule was already commenced on 12/06/2017 and some candidates certificates were verified and the process was stopped in compliance with the Hon’ble High Court stay orders on 12/06/2017.

Therefore the candidates were already given ample notice & time to keep all certificates available for verification of certificates.
All certificates shall be produce at the time of verification and no additional time will be granted.
He / She is further informed that, failure to comply with the above directions may lead to cancellation of his / her candidature.

Group II Services (General Recruitment) Notification No.17./2016 
To Notification No20/2015. Dated:01/09/2016

1. It is hereby notified that on the basis of the Written Examination held on 11/11/2016 and 13/11/2016 to the various posts under Group II Services, the candidates with the following Register Numbers have been provisionally admitted in the ratio 1:3 for the verification of Certificates. After verification of original certificates, provisional list of eligible candidates for interview (Oral Test) in terms and conditions of the above notification will be announced separately.

2. The candidates who are admitted for the verification of Certificates are required to produce the Original Certificates along with one set of Photostat copy duly attested by Gazetted Officer, relating to Age, Qualifications Community (Integrated) , Latest Creamy Layer exemption certificate in case of B.Cs as per Memo No.3009/BCW/OP/2009, Government of Telangana, Backward Classes Welfare (OP) Department, Dt:18/12/2015 (prescribed format hosted on website), Certificates relating to claim of age relaxation, Study (from 4th class to 10th class) and if any, at the time of verification of certificates, failing which, they will NOT be admitted in subsequent process of selection. No request will be entertained for subsequent submission of any of the above certificates. In terms of the notification, the candidates should possess the requisite qualifications as on the date of notification.

3. The verification of Certificates will be held at Stanley College of Engineering & Technology for Women, Chapel Road, Abids  Day wise Schedule of the verification of certificates will be hosted in Commission’s Website on 02.06.2017. The candidates are requested to obtain and keep ready all the certificates as mentioned in the Notification.

4. If, on further Verification it is found that any candidate is NOT eligible with reference to the particulars furnished by him/her in the Application Form / Check List / Certificates, the results of such candidate / candidates shall be cancelled at any stage of selection process.

5. In respect of posts of Prohibition & Excise Sub-Inspector (Post code No: 5), the candidates have to undergo a Medical Examination before the competent Medical Board at Hyderabad and the P.H. Candidates have to undergo Medical Examination at respective Medical Boards.

GROUP-II SERVICES, NOTIFICATION NO. 20/2015 & 17/2016 TSPSC has conducted Written Examination for the above notification on 11/11/2016 & 13/11/2016 and hosted Preliminary keys on Commission’s website on 02/12/2016 and invited objections from 05/12/2016 to 14/12/2016. The Final Keys were hosted on Commission’s website on 11/01/2017. Some candidates challenged these keys and Commission considered their objections and revised the keys. The Revised Final Keys will be available on Commission’s website from 14/04/2017. No more objections will be entertained on these Revised Final Keys.
The written examination was conducted on November 11 and 13, 2016 to fill 1,032 posts. The commission had published the preliminary keys on commission’s website on December 2, 2016 and invited objections from December 5 to December 14. The final keys were hosted on commission’s website on January 11, 2017. Some candidates challenged these keys and commission considered their objections and revised the keys. The revised final keys are now available on commission’s website. No more objections will be entertained on these revised final keys.
