The second counseling by the TSRJC -2024  will be held on the   June of this month, Secretary of Gurukul Vidyalaya said. The counselling will be held from

TSRJC Counselling Schedule in Telangana in Colleges on  TREIS-TSRJCCET-2024 – Admissions into 1st year Intermediate in 06 upgraded TSR Schools for the Academic year 2024-25 through counseling – Constitution of committee and instructions issuedOrders were issued in the G.O. 2nd cited, for up-gradation of the following Six (6) schools, which are having sufficient infrastructural facilities into Junior Colleges with MPC and BPC Groups, with the intake capacity of 40 in each group, with effect from the Academic Year 2024-25  to cope with the demand for admissions into the 1st year Intermediate in TSR Junior Colleges.

As such, it is decided to start the process of making admissions into the above stated upgraded Residential Junior Colleges from out of the existing TSRJC CET-2024 merit list. While short listing the candidates in 1:5 ratio, the candidates, who were shortlisted for I phase Counseling held on ……….2024 & ……..2024, but could not secure admission are also considered. It is also decided to hold Counseling on …..2024 for boys both MPC & BPC at TSRJC, Sarvail; and for girls on ……2024 for MPC, and ……2024 for BPC at TSRJC, Hasanparthy, Warangal(U) district.

The shortlisted candidates have to bring the result sheet downloaded by them, to attend the admission counseling along with original certificates listed below.As the applications are received through online and candidates are shortlisted based on the merit along with community reservation mentioned in their application form, verification of certificates is essential for confirmation of admission to the meritorious candidates.

Instructions to candidates:

Following instructions are issued to the candidates who are attending admissions counseling.
Instructions issued to the candidates shortlisted for admission counseling. Candidates are called for admission counseling in the ratio of 1:5 in all the categories to the available seats. Hence, admission is not assured for all shortlisted candidates. Admission will be provided based on the merit, rule of reservation.

1. ELIGIBILITY:

The candidate must have Passed in the qualifying examination in the first attempt in March 2024. OC candidates must secure minimum of GPA 6 and  BC, SC, ST candidates must secure minimum of GPA 5 in SSC or equivalent Examination. Telugu Medium and Urdu Medium candidates opting for English Medium should get minimum of GPA 5 in English subject in their qualifying examination i.e. SSC.

2. CERTIFICATES TO BE PRODUCED AT THE TIME OF COUNSELLING:

i. Original pass Certificate of SSC or its equivalent Exam and Marks Memo/ at least internet copy.
ii. Conduct Certificate and Study Certificate for Seven consecutive years of study from Class IV to X. For private candidates Nativity Certificate obtained from the Tahsildar concerned. (Residence Certificate is not valid for Private candidates)
iii. Transfer Certificate (T.C.) from the Head of the Institution.
iv. Permanent Caste Certificate issued by the Tahsildar concerned for B.C., S.C. and S.T. Students.
v. Physical Fitness Certificate from the Doctor not below the rank of Asst. Civil Surgeon.
vi. Photocopy of Aadhar Card.
vii. Six latest Passport size photographs.
viii. Three Sets of photocopies of all the above certificates.

3. For the students under special reservation category:

i. PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED: A Certificate from the Orthopaedic Surgeon of the Govt. Hospital (Minimum disability – 40%).
ii. Children of Armed Personnel CATEGORY: A Certificate from DSSA (or) from the competent authority for children of Ex-Service personnel (or) the Children of Service personnel from the state of Telangana.
iii. SPORTS: A participation certificate at National/State/Zonal/District level issued by the Sports Authority concerned, District level Participation certificate is the minimum eligibility.

4. Maintenance charges: Rs.1000-00 per annum for all candidates.

The candidate along with his/her Parent has to report to the Convenor at Counselling venue on the above mentioned date. Counselling will commence at 10.30 AM. Candidate has to report at the venue by 10.00 AM without fail. If he/ she fails to report on the date of counselling, they will not be considered for admission and no further correspondence will be entertained.

3. Transfer and Conduct Certificates from the institution where the candidate last studied.
4. Caste Certificate
5. Income Certificate
6. Study  Certificates  from  IX  standard  onwards  issued  by  the  Heads  of  the respective institutes OR Local Candidate Certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format.
7. Four recent passport size photos.
