రాష్ట్రంలోని అన్ని యాజమాన్యాలలోని ప్రాథమిక, ప్రాథమికోన్నత ఉన్నత పాఠశాలల్లో ఆయా తరగతుల విద్యార్థులకు ఇంతకు ముందు నిర్వహిం చిన ఫార్మేటివ్ అసెస్మెంట్ (FA), సమ్మేటివ్ అసెస్ మెంటు (ఎస్ఏ) పరీక్షలకు సంబంధించిన మార్కులను కమిషనర్ ఆఫ్ స్కూల్ ఎడ్యు కేషన్ (సీఎస్ఈ) పోర్టల్లో  అప్లోడ్ చేయాలని పాఠశాల విద్యాశాఖ కమిషనర్ఆదేశాలు జారీచేశారు. రీజనల్ జాయింట్ డైరెక్టర్లు, డీఈఓలు క్షేత్రస్థాయిలోని అన్ని స్థాయిల సిబ్బందికి కచ్చితమైన సూచ నలు జారీచేయాలని పేర్కొ న్నారు. ఫీల్డ్ ఆఫీసర్, పాఠశాలల ప్రధానోపాధ్యా యులు వీటిని అప్లోడ్ చేయాలని పేర్కొన్నారు.

Sub:-School Education -Academic Year 2020-21 – Preparation of promotion lists of the students and to take admissions for the year 2020-21 – Orders -Issued.
The attention of all the Regional Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the reference cited wherein orders were issued to declare “ALL PASS” for all the Students upto Class IX as a precautionary measure to counter the spread of Nova! Corona Virus(COVID-19) in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
They are therefore requested to issue necessary instructions to all Head Masters of Primary/UP/High Schools under all Government Management Schools to prepare promotion lists of the students accordingly and report the action taken.
These instructions should be followed scrupulously.

CCE FA/SA Marks Entry Online @cse.ap.gov.in Instructions

1. MEOs for classes I to V of Primary Schools and classes I to VIII of Upper Primary Schools
2. High School Headmasters for classes Vl-X CCE marks entry is enabled only through the individual school logins already given to schools.
3. The concerned authorities are requested to first complete the language mapping of students on the portal before proceedings to marks entry.
4. Extension for data entry beyond the deadline will be considered for specific schools if there are genuine reasons for not uploading the marks. 
5. For example, given that the deadline for conducting FA-1 of Academic Year 209-20 is the last week of July, the Headmasters must ensure data-entry of FA-1 marks .
6. The DEOs are requested to issue instructions to MEOs/Headmasters to start the data entry process well in advance and complete within the prescribed time.
7. In case of any queries/issues, the concerned authorities are requested to contact APOnline by posting the query/issue on the Request Tracking System (RTS) available on the website.
8. The DEOs are instructed to ensure that marks entry occurs on time for all Formative Assessments and Summative Assessments for speedy analysis of data so as to enable the dissemination of report cards for students, parents and other officials.
9. It is to be noted that from the Academic Year 2020-21 onwards, Data Entry shall also take place for Formative Assessment for Classes I-V.
