TSES has released the TELANGANA STATE EKLAVYA MODEL RESIDENTIAL SCHOOLS (TS EMRS) CET Notification and online Application forms are invited from Boys & Girls for admissions into Online applications are invited for admissions into 6th class in (23) EMR Schools of Telangana State for the Academic Year 2024 – 25. The applications will be received through online from 22 .02.2024 to 22.03 .2024 on the website https://tsemrs.telangana.gov.in These Admissions in English Medium with integrated coaching for the Academic Year 2024 in CBSE pattern in the EMRS institutions functioning under Gurukulam through TS EMRS CET which will be held on the notified. .The eligibility criteria and procedure of admission is furnished below.

TS EMRS CET Eligibility Criteria
The Minimum and maximum age limit (as on 31st March of the year in which admission is sought in EMR Schools in various classes is given below: (Child born on 1st April should also be considered)

- The maximum age limit can be relaxed by two years in case of Differently abled children by the State / Societies.
- Candidates should have qualified class V in the Academic session 2023-24 from a Govt / Govt. aided / Govt recognized school / CBSE Affiliated School are eligible for VI respectively.
- Candidate should not be rusticated from any of the schools.
- The Candidate shall be allotted admission in any of the EMRS running across the state as per the Merit list prepared on the basis of selection
- A screening test will be conducted for admission into VI and allotment of seats will be done through online merit basis only.30% of the seats will be filled as per the District merit and 70% of the seats will be filled with state merit and candidate option and if NESTS issues any revised Admissions guidelines for the academic year 2024-25, the same may be applied.
- All the applied candidates have to give all the options to allot the seat as per the merit.

Composition of Test for 6th class:
The EMRSST, conducted in offline mode, may be two -hour duration objective type question from 03 sections for a total of 100 marks. The medium of instructions for the examinations may be English / Regional language or bilingual.

The applications will be received through online from 22 /02/2024 to 22 /03/2024 on the website https://tsemrs.telangana.gov.in by paying a Fee of Rs. 100/-

How to Apply TS EMRS CET 2024
- Registration forms can be filled through online only.
- Even if EMRS is not available in the student’s district, student can apply to study in the nearest EMRS. 30 percent of the seats in each EMRS are allotted to local district candidates on the basis of merit. If MoTA Issues 2024-25 admissions Guidelines ,the same will be applied.
- The registration fee Rs.100 (One Hundred Only) to be paid by each and every candidate, who wants to apply for the selection Test.
- Mere payment of fee is not sufficient to submit the application form. After successful completion of online payment of fee Rs.100/-, every candidate has to completely fill in online application without fail.
- The incomplete application forms shall be normally rejected.
- It is compulsory that, the candidate selects the order of preference of school. So that allotment will be made accordingly as per merit and school option.
- Candidates are advised to take printout of acknowledgment form immediately after applying.
