How to Apply a New Ration Card:

Step 1: The person first need to download application form online. Go to https://www.tg.meeseva.gov.in and download the application form or you can also obtain it from any nearest Mee Seva centre.

Step 2: Visit Meeseva portal, there you will find different number of application forms of various departments or you can simply click the given link directly to go to this page.

Step 3: Once you are on the page, for downloading ration card application form, click on Civil Supplies Department and then again click on application for New Ration Card or Food Security Card.

Step 4: Once you have downloaded the ration form, take a print out copy.

Step 5: Fill all the application form for applying new ration card such as person name, father name, age, gender, permanent address, mobile phone number, education details, number of family members, family income, district and region.
Step 6: Now attach required documents with ration card application and submit with prescribed fee at Meeseva Center. Remember to take an acknowledge receipt from Meeseva.

  2. Click on the Registration Form Link on the Home Page.

  5. Enter Desired Login ID, Confirm Password.

మీ సేవా ద్వారా దరఖాస్తు
దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలనుకునేవారు మొదట పామ్ తీసుకోవాలి. ఇవి మీకు సమీపంలోని మీసేవా కేంద్రాల్లో లభిస్తాయి.

  1. మీసేవా (Meeseva) అధికారిక వెబ్ సైట్ నుంచి కూడా డౌన్‌లోడ్ చేసుకోవచ్చు.
  2.   పామ్‌లో అవసరమైన సమాచారం నింపండి. సూచించిన చోట సంతకం చేయాలి. – ఎక్కడ కూడా తప్పుడు సమాచారం ఇవ్వకండి. అలా చేస్తే కనుక మీ ఫామ్‌ను రిజెక్ట్ చేసే అవకాశాలు ఉంటాయి
  3. అవసరమైన డాక్యుమెంట్లు అటాచ్ చేయండి. ఫీజును, దరఖాస్తు ఫాంను మీసేవలో సబ్‌మిట్ చేయండి. అక్కడ మీరు అక్నాలెడ్జ్ స్లిప్ తీసుకోవడం మరిచిపోవద్దు.
  4.  కుటుంబ యజమాని సంవత్సర ఆదాయం, వృత్తి వివరాలను దరఖాస్తులో పొందుపర్చాలి. గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతం వారి ఆదాయం రూ.ఒక లక్ష 60 వేలు, పట్టణ ప్రాంత ప్రజల ఆదాయం రూ.2 లక్షలకు మించరాదు.
  5.  గ్రౌండ్ లెవల్ వెరిఫికేషన్ అనంతరం కొంతకాలానికి మీసేవ మీకు రేషన్ కార్డు అందిస్తుంది. నిబంధనలకు లోబడి అర్హత కలిగిన వారికి ఆహార భద్రత కార్డు జారీ చేస్తారు.

అర్హత – దరఖాస్తుదారు ఇండియన్ అయి ఉండాలి. దరఖాస్తు చేసుకునే రాష్ట్రంలో ఉండాలి. – ఇతర రాష్ట్రాలలో ఫ్యామిలీ మెంబర్స్‌కు కార్డు ఉండరాదు. – దరఖాస్తులో అందరు కుటుంబ సభ్యులు ఉండాలి.

దగ్గరలోని మీసేవా కేంద్రాల్లో ఆన్‌లైన్ ద్వారా దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవచ్చు. పైన పేర్కొన్న డాక్యుమెంట్లతో పాటు కుటుంబ సభ్యుల వివరాలు నమోదు చేయాలి. మీసేవలో రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ పూర్తయ్యాక దరఖాస్తుదారులకు నెంబర్ కేటాయిస్తారు.

మీ సేవా ఇచ్చే దరఖాస్తు ఫారంతో పాటు అవసరమైన జిరాక్స్ పత్రాలను అటాచ్ చేసి ఎమ్మార్వో ఆఫీసులో సమర్పించాలి. ఎమ్మార్వో కార్యాలయం పరిశీలించి నిబంధనలకు లోబడి అర్హులైన వారికి కొత్త రేషన్ కార్డులు జారీ చేస్తారు.

First Step: The applicant first has to take an application form.

Second Step: Click on MeeSeva Service Forms, there you get different types of forms of different departments or you can directly go to this page through the given link:

Third Step: On given page, for downloading application form, click on Civil Supplies Department option, there you get different types of application. Click on Application for New Food Security Card

Fourth Step: After downloading the application form, take a print out of application form.

Fifth Step: Fill all the following necessary information in the application form such as applicant name, age, gender, father name, address details mobile no. qualification details, district , region , no of family members , total income of family etc.

Sixth Step: Attach all documents, and submit the application form with prescribed fee. And do not forget to take an acknowledge slip from Meeseva center.

  3. Check Ration Card Application Status
  4. On the Home Page, Click on the FSC Search.
  5. It then displays the following page below.

  7. The applicants can now search the Ration Card by FSC Refno, Ration Card Number/Old Ration Card Number, and District.
  8. Click on the Search Button.
  9. It then displays all the details of the concerned Ration Card and Ration Card, Holder.
  10. The applicants can also search the Ration Card by selecting the FSC Application Search Option.

First Open the  Official portal of Telangana Civil Supplies Department https://epds.telangana.gov.in/FoodSecurityAct/ then click on SMS Registration appeared left on the home screen and now follow the below steps to register your mobile number
 
Step 1. First Enter your Mobile Number:
 
Step 2. Enter your First Name:
 
Step 3. Enter your Last Name:

Step 5. Select ur District in dropdown list
Step 6.  Select ur Mandal in dropdown list
Step 7. Select your FpShop or Ration Shop Number in dropdown list
 
Step 8. Select your Beneficiary category : Public/ Public Representative/ FPSHOP Dealer/ Inspector
Step 9. Click on Submit
Step 10. Your mobile number will be registered successfully.


 
 
OTP ద్వారా రేష‌న్ స‌ర‌ఫ‌రా.. ఆధార్ నెంబర్ తో మీ ఫోన్ నంబర్‌ను లింక్ చేయండి.నేటి నుంచి OTP ద్వారా రేష‌న్ స‌రుకులు నేటి నుంచి రేషన్ తీసుకోవాలంటే రిజిస్టర్డ్ మొబైల్ నెంబర్‌కు వచ్చే ఓటీపీ చెప్పాల్సిందే.  ఈ రేషన్ కార్డ్ హోల్డర్లు అంతా ఇకపై తమ మొబైల్ నెంబర్‌కు వచ్చే ఓటీపీ చెప్పి రేషన్ షాపులో సరుకులు తీసుకోవాలి. కాబట్టి రేషన్ కార్డులు ఉన్నవారంతా తమ మొబైల్ నెంబర్‌ను ఆధార్ నెంబర్‌కు లింక్ చేయడం తప్పనిసరి. ️ ఫిభ్ర‌వ‌రి నెల‌ 2021 నుండి రేషన్ కార్డు దారులు OTP మరియు IRIS ( కన్ను) ద్వారా మాత్రమే రేషన్ ఇవ్వాల‌ని పౌర‌ స‌ర‌ఫ‌రాల‌ శాఖ‌ యోచన‌. వేలి ముద్రల ఆథెంటికేషన్ను కరోనా దృష్ట్యా తీసివేయడం జరిగింది.

️ఆధార్ కార్డుకు ఫోన్ నంబర్ లింక్ ఉంటేనే OTP వస్తుంది, లేని యెడల ఆధార్ కార్డుకి కార్డు దారుల ఫోన్ నంబర్నీ ఆధార్ తో లింక్ చేసుకోగ‌ల‌రు.
