Ramagundam Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited (RFCL) Invites applications for Recruitment Of Non-Executives-2024 (ITI HOLDERS) .RFCL Notification is released and Online Form Now Started on 24 January 2024 for 39 Posts. RFCL offers one of the best pay packages in the Fertilizers industry. Selected candidates will be placed at the minimum Basic Pay in pay scale of Rs.21500-52000/-. Besides Basic Pay, candidates will also be paid Industrial Dearness Allowance, Company Accommodation / House Rent Allowance (not payable while posted at the Unit where Company accommodation is available). Selected candidates will also be entitled for other perquisites & allowances/benefits such as Leave Encashment, Medical Facilities, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Group Personal Accident Insurance & other welfare schemes etc. as per Company rules in force from time to time. Benefit of Performance Related Pay & Contributory Superannuation Benefit Fund Scheme shall also be extended as and when applicable as per rules of the Company.
