They release the 500 Junior Assistant Managers (JAM) for Admission to IDBI PGDBF 2024-25. Ltd (NEIPL) Greater Noida to provide training in Banking and Finance to prospective candidates aspiring to join IDBI Bank. IDBI Bank invites applications from young, dynamic graduates for 1 year Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) comprising of 6 months of classroom studies at the respective campus, 2 months Internship and 4 months of On Job Training (OJT) at IDBI Bank’s Branches/offices/centers. After the successful completion of the course, the candidate will be awarded PGDBF Diploma and inducted into IDBI Bank as Junior Assistant Manager (Grade ‘O’) subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria as stated in this advertisement. Subject to availability of vacancies / business exigencies/ Bank’s discretion, IDBI Bank, on best effort basis, shall induct candidates from West and South Zones through Manipal (MGES) Bengaluru and induct candidates from East and North Zones through Nitte (NEIPL) Greater Noida.

IDBI Bank Junior Assistant Manager Eligibility Criteria
The candidate should have a Graduation Degree from any recognized university in any discipline with an aggregate of 55% for General and OBC (50% for SC/ST/PwD) or an equivalent degree that is thereby recognized by the Central Government. Final-year candidates can apply provisionally, although if they are selected for the interview they will be required to present their Graduation Passing results.
