మ‌హిళా సాధికార‌త దిశ‌గా ఏపీ ప్ర‌భుత్వం మ‌రో కీల‌క అడుగు వేసింది. 45 ఏళ్ల నుంచి 60 ఏళ్ల‌లోపు వ‌య‌సు గ‌ల ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ, బీసీ, మైనారిటీ మ‌హిళ‌ల‌కు ఆర్థిక చేయూత‌నందించేందుకు రూపొందించిన‌ వైయ‌స్ఆర్ చేయూత పథకాన్ని ముఖ్య‌మంత్రి వైయ‌స్ జ‌గ‌న్ మోహ‌న్ రెడ్డి కొద్దిసేప‌టి క్రితం తాడేప‌ల్లిలోని క్యాంపు కార్యాల‌యంలో ప్రారంభించారు. ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ, బీసీ, మైనార్టీ మహిళలకు అందజేసే డబ్బును పెట్టుబడిగా ఉపయోగించుకుంటే పేదరికానికి శాశ్వత పరిష్కారం కనిపిస్తుంద‌నే ఉద్దేశంతో రాష్ట్రంలోని అర్హులైన 25 లక్షల మంది మ‌హిళ‌ల‌కు వైయ‌స్సార్‌ చేయూత ప‌థ‌కం కింద ఏడాదికి రూ.18,750ల చొప్పున నాలుగేళ్లలో రూ.75 వేల ఆర్థిక సాయం అందుతుంది. ‘వైయ‌స్సార్‌ చేయూత’ పథకాన్ని ముఖ్యమంత్రి జగన్‌ లాంఛనంగా ప్రారంభించారు. అనంత‌రం వీడియో కాన్ఫ‌రెన్స్ ద్వారా మ‌హిళ‌ల‌తో సీఎం ముఖాముఖి నిర్వ‌హిస్తున్నారు.

CM Jagan promises all the women to realize the dream of Y.S.Rajasekhara Reddy to turn “women into lakhiers” under YSR Cheyutha Scheme in Andhra Pradesh. The amount of Rs. 75,000 (for 4 years) would be released in 4 equal installments through the respective corporations. All the eligible women under the YSR Cheyutha Scheme would be provided with pension amount starting from the age of 45 itself.  This means that the state govt. will provide Rs. 18750 per year to each women b/w 45 yrs – 60 years of age. The women must belong to the deprived sections of the society i.e from either SC, ST, BC or minority community. The main objective of YSR Cheyutha Scheme is to raise the living standards of poor & deprived women by providing them with financial assistance.

The objectives of the scheme are as follow in the following list:-

1. Benefits of rupees 75000 will give to the ladies recipient spread under the YSR Cheyutha plan of Andhra Pradesh.
2. The measure of the annuity will disperse in four equivalent portions of Rs. 18750 each Per Year.
3. The sum will move in the ledgers of the recipient party.
4. To support ladies, the plan has been improved. With the annuity measure of rupees 75000, ladies will be going to get the financial advantages from the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
5. The recipient incorporates the ladies under the low-pay gathering and in reverse monetary conditions.

The applicant must follow the following eligibility criteria while applying for the scheme:-

1. The applicant must be a resident of Andhra Pradesh state
2. An applicant must be a woman
3. The applicant must belong to  SC/ST/BC or minority communities
4. The applicant must be above the age of 45 years
5. An applicant must be below the age of 60 years

ఎన్నికల సమయంలో జగన్ ఈ పథకాన్ని ప్రకటించారు. రాష్ట్రంలో బీసీ, ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ మైనార్టీ వర్గాలకు చెందిన 45 ఏళ్ల నుంచి 60 ఏళ్లలోపు ఉన్న మహిళలందరు ఈ పథకానికి అర్హులు. ఇప్పటికే లబ్ధిదారులు జూన్‌ 28 నుంచి దరఖాస్తులు ఇచ్చారు. కానీ ప్రభుత్వ పింఛన్ తీసుకుంటున్న మహిళలకు కూడా జగన్ ఇప్పుడు అవకాశం కల్పించారు. త్వరలోనే మళ్లీ దరఖాస్తులు ప్రారంభంకానున్నాయి.

ఈ పథకానికి అర్హత ఉంటే.. అర్హుల జాబితాలో పేరు ఉంటే ఏడాదికి రూ.18,750 చొప్పున నాలుగేళ్లలో రూ.75 వేలు ఆర్థిక సాయం అందించనున్నారు.

అడ్రస్ ప్రూఫ్: ఈ పథకానికి దరఖాస్తు చేసుకునేవారు నివాసం ఉండే ఇంటటి అడ్రస్‌కు సంబంధించిన ఏదో ఒక ప్రూఫ్ జతపరచాలి. కుల ధృవీకరణ పత్రం: ఈ పథకానికి సంబంధించిన నిబంధనల ప్రకారం క్యాస్ట్ సర్టిపికేట్ కూడా కావాలి. వయసు నిర్థారణ పత్రం: ఈ పథకానికి 45 ఏళ్ల నుంచి 60 ఏళ్ల మధ్య వయసున్న మహిళలు మాత్రమే అర్హులు. కాబట్టి దరఖాస్తు సమయంలో ఏజ్ ప్రూఫ్ కూడా ఇవ్వాల్సి ఉంటుంది.ఆధార్ కార్డు వివరాలు, బ్యాంక్ అకౌంట్ వివరాలు, ఓ ఫోటో, మొబైల్ నంబర్, స్థిర నివాసంకు సంబంధించిన సర్టిపికేట్ కూడా జతపరచాలి.

ఈ పథకానికి దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలనుకునే వారు గ్రామ, వార్డు వాలంటీర్లను సంప్రదించాల్సి ఉంటుంది. వారికి పైన తెలిపిన డాక్యుమెంట్లను సమర్పిస్తే వారు దరఖాస్తు ప్రక్రియను పూర్తి చేస్తారు.

ఈ పథకానికి అర్హత సాధించినవారి పేర్లు గ్రామ, వార్డు సచివాలయాల్లో జాబితా రూపంలో అందుబాటులో ఉంచుతారు.
